2015 - Formula One's biggest season yet

Formula One have announced a provisional calendar for 2015 which includes 21 races.

In addition to the 19 rounds of the Formula One World Championship that took place in 2014, in 2015 Formula One will return to both Mexico and South Korea.

Mexico's inclusion in the FIA Formula One World Championship calendar for 2015 had been expected and previously announced.

The Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City previously hosted F1 between 1963-1970 and 1986-1992. But has not hosted F1 at any point the preceding 22-years.

However the inclusion of South Korea has surprised many.

The Korean Grand Prix was held at the Korea International Circuit, in Yeongam between 2010-2013 but was dropped for last season due to financial issues.

Korea's inclusion has also seen the early rounds of the Formula One World Championship re-jigged.

The Malaysian and Chinese Grand Prix had originally been scheduled to run back-to-back, however this has now been altered as so that the Chinese and Bahrain Grand Prix will run with a week gap in between.

The Korean Grand Prix has been placed in what had been a three-week window prior to the European season starting in Spain.
