Sutil wants an end to Force India speculation

Force India driver Adrian Sutil wants a know where he stands within the Force India team.

The 28-year-old German driver is one of three drivers looking to secure a seat in Formula One in 2012 with the team.

Despite five full years of experience in Formula One racing for Spyker and Force India racing in 87 Grand Prix's, media speculation is rife that it will be Sutil losing his seat to Nico Hulkenberg next season.

Hulkenberg joined Force India as reserve driver in January and is vastly seen as a wasted talent, after impressing for Williams in his debut season last year.

Most believe he will return to the grid next season at the expense of either Adrian Sutil or Paul di Resta.

It could of course be British driver Paul di Resta who is under threat for his seat, but the whispers in the paddock suggest he is safe from the axe.

Force India Team boss Vijay Mallya has already been clear on where he stands on the decision. In September he stated that the focus was for the team to continue its battle in the F1 constructors' championship, with Force India competing with Sauber and Toro Rosso for sixth position.

The team boss is in no rush to announce his driver line-up for 2012 and doesn't appear likely to name his two drivers until the end of the year. But that has left Sutil unhappy: 'I can't wait till December, I will speak to him [Mallya] very soon and see what his ideas are. I don't need to wait so long for a seat.' he told reuters.
